Spare Parts - for MAN and Neoplan vehicles
As MAN Kamyon ve Otobüs Ticaret A.Ş., we are providing spare parts service with the understanding of unconditional customer satisfaction.
Our Spare Parts Department has been successfully performing the task of spare part supply, stocking and delivery for all MAN brand vehicles in the Turkish market for 40 years. With the procurement of NEOPLAN firm by MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, the spare parts services have been provided to NEOPLAN brand vehicles with the same understanding since 2005.
Our authorized services are keeping the required spare parts on their stocks based on the requirements of their respective region and spare part delivery is realized within a period of 24 hours from our spare part and distribution center as necessary with our own vehicles or contracted forwarders.
Combination of original spare parts with high quality and reliability service shall provide a longer and economical vehicle operation life.

One must keep in mind that use of spare parts that are not original may cause worsening of the defect and even injury and damages along with loss of work and time in some instances.
Actions with the opinion “Services are expensive, let’s have it repaired at a workshop” shall lead to recurrence of the problems due to shorter life period of the parts and inefficiency in terms of robustness and reliability along with there being no guarantees for spare parts and labor.
